Lois S. Campbell, Esq. is admitted to practice in all courts in New York State. In addition, she is admitted to practice in the United States Federal Court in the Southern District of New York and Eastern District of New York. Lois S. Campbell, Esq., has been admitted to practice law since 1980 and for the last 25 years has concentrated her practice in matrimonial law and family law. Ms. Campbell received her B.A. from State University of New York at Buffalo and MLS from SUNY Albany, and her J.D. degree from Hofstra University. Ms. Campbell is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association (Matrimonial Committee and Family Law Committee), Board Member of the Nassau County Legal Aid Society, a guest speaker of FOCUS (For Our Children And Ourselves), a volunteer support organization and a speaker at the Nassau County Bar Association Elder Law Committee Seminar on the issue of changes in matrimonial law and how it relates to Elder Law issues. Ms. Campbell's experience in matrimonial and family law includes numerous trials in divorce, equitable distribution and custody matters as well as appellate work in related areas. Ms. Campbell is a strong advocate for her clients. She is extremely dedicated to her clients and makes certain that their rights are protected throughout the matrimonial proceedings.
DIVORCE MEDIATION
Ms. Campbell has been certified as a matrimonial/family law mediator and is a member of the NYS Council on Divorce Mediation. Ms. Campbell has successfully handled numerous divorce mediation cases including complex matrimonial matters.
